These words were uttered in 1974 by the vice-president of the music conservatory of Moscow, Lèon Theremin. As a consequence Theremin’s laboratory was closed down and his collection of electronic instruments was destroyed. ……. With Blip! Electronic music has once again ascended its rightful throne in Copenhagen JazzHouse. Electronic music technology is a central aspect in the musical experience of these concerts. In Blip! You will feel how electronic music and jazz work together in a new experimental zone which can broaden our minds and enrich our fantasy. And between the sets you can listen to a solo jazz pianist’s interpretation of some electronic “standards”.

Welcome to the 2nd Blip! event in the Jazz House.
The evening starts at 8pm where dj Rumpistol flanked by vj poorly xerox'd start the electronic event.
9pm Johan Segerberg go on stage.
10:15pm Krusboing takes over and Nvsbl ppl. starts at 11.30pm
dj Rumpistol DJ and vj poorly xerox'd entertain in between and close the first part of the blip! event around 1am.
Nights continue by presenting COPYFOKKING and tennis.
Johan Segerberg is familiar from the groups Autofant and Royal Bones. In the first set, he lifts the veil on how his dub and electronica assumes the most quirky shapes and colours. In the second set, Krusboing play their instrumental hip-hop. Krusboing put beats and riffs played by the live band Yafo Baras through their electronic machinery. Out comes a crazy and visually epic sound.
